The Company is in search of a purpose-driven Senior Vice President - Chief Human Potential Officer (CHRO equivalent) to lead its human capital strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years' of experience in a senior HR or healthcare industry role, and a proven track record of building and leading high-functioning HR teams. Key responsibilities for the Chief Human Potential Officer include setting a vision for a strategic, transparent, and customer-service-oriented HR function, and working closely with the senior leadership team to optimize access to care, workforce development, and a commitment to health equity. The role demands a leader with in-depth knowledge of healthcare workforce management, including recruitment, selection, development, and retention, in both union and non-union environments. The candidate should be highly relational, adaptable, and an outstanding communicator, with a strong disposition toward unlocking and nurturing the unique talents of every employee. Experience in contract negotiations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and lead by example are also essential.
