Public Relations Associate

Unilux Brand We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Public Relations Associate. In this role, you will be a vital part of our communications strategy, working alongside the PR team to enhance our brand image and create positive media coverage. You will have the opportunity to assist in developing and implementing PR campaigns that will reach various audiences, promoting our organization's objectives and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Draft and edit press releases, speeches, and other communications materials for various stakeholders.
  • Monitor media coverage of the organization and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and issues.
  • Coordinate and manage public events, including press conferences, community outreach activities, and promotional events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media representatives, and influencers to enhance media outreach efforts.
  • Assist in the measurement and analysis of PR campaign effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with media relations and a deep understanding of various media outlets and platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
