We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Director to lead and elevate our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. As a key leader in our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our social media strategy to support brand awareness, lead generation, thought leadership, and talent attraction.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique role of social media in the BPO industry and can balance creative storytelling with performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities & Qualifications :

Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and lead the multi-channel social media strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Align content and campaigns with brand, marketing, and business objectives (e.g., client acquisition, talent recruitment, and thought leadership).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Recruitment, Operations) to support integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
