About the Role

As the Interim Chief Finance Executive, you will shape the financial strategy and ensure the fiscal health of the organization. You will work closely with the CEO to assess current financial operations, develop robust financial plans, manage investor relations, and oversee all financial operations.

Your Responsibilities :

Leadership, Mentorship, and Collaboration : Partner with the leadership team to implement effective controls, foster relationships, and establish decision-making KPIs.

Fundraising and Investor Management : Work alongside the CEO to create strategies for capital raising and manage investor relations.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) : Oversee structured finance, accounting, and reporting while improving budgeting and forecasting processes.

Controls and Compliance : Guide the VP of Finance in managing scalable systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving financial operations.

Able to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing business needs.

Self-motivated, results-oriented strategic thinker.

Willing to work out of our Midtown Manhattan office Monday through Friday.

Your Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and / or CPA preferred.

Prior experience as a CFO in a successful company, particularly post-profitability.

10+ years of financial and operational leadership experience.

Strong relationship-building skills and partnership experience.

Experience in capital markets and M&A transactions is highly preferred.
