At CVS Health, we’re building a world of health around every consumer and surrounding ourselves with dedicated colleagues who are passionate about transforming health care.

As the nation’s leading health solutions company, we reach millions of Americans through our local presence, digital channels and more than 300,000 purpose-driven colleagues – caring for people where, when and how they choose in a way that is uniquely more connected, more convenient and more compassionate. And we do it all with heart, each and every day.

Sales Managers, or Outreach Managers (OMs) here at Oak Street Health, are critical leaders in our organization. OMs are responsible for closely developing and managing a team of Outreach Executives, while also managing small individual quotas on a monthly basis. Our OMs are responsible for new patient growth at a single clinic location with opportunities to expand across multiple clinic locations. OMs are expected to review metrics daily, support growth initiatives, coach staff members and generally ensure the Outreach team operates smoothly and successfully. In this role, you will manage and develop a team of 2-3 quota-carrying Outreach Executives, while also carrying and delivering a small quota for monthly contribution to patient growth. You will coach your direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning / development. Recruiting, retaining, and nurturing your team of sales professionals with high potential and strong performance history will be a key focus. You will provide skill training and mentoring on business account engagement and prospect engagement, including consistent and regular ride-alongs with Outreach Executives. Additionally, you will interface and develop professional relationships with existing local businesses and prospects, ensuring an unmatched experience for patients and prospects. Maintaining a strong relationship between clinical staff and outreach staff within the clinic is essential. You will lead by example for your outreach team, develop both the long-term vision and strategy for the team, and manage day-to-day sales team operations. Accountability for hitting center patient acquisition targets and driving accountability within your team will be part of your responsibilities. You will coach, mentor, and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills, while also being an ambassador in the local community by building relationships with other healthcare providers, social / community organizations, and marketing partners.
