Your Impact

• Master the Science : Execute decontamination, preparation, assembly, sterilization, and distribution following gold-standard protocols (HSPA, CBSPD, AAMI, AORN, Joint Commission)
• Lead by Example : Serve as a preceptor and go-to resource for team members, elevating department expertise
• Drive Innovation : Champion process improvements and quality initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, and patient outcomes
• Ensure Perfection : Meticulously organize surgical trays, manage inventory, and maintain rigorous documentation
• Safeguard Safety : Handle biohazardous materials and sharp instruments according to strict hospital protocols

What You Bring

Required Qualifications :

Certificate of completion from an Accredited Sterile Processing or Surgical Technology Program, OR

Certification Requirement :

Certified Sterile Processing Technician, OR
