We’re seeking an Associate Director to partner with the Director in guiding teams, delivering landmark projects, and shaping the future of Florida’s built environment.

This role blends technical expertise with strategic leadership—impactful, rewarding, and designed for progression.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead Major Projects – Direct design and delivery for complex commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.
• Partner in Leadership – Collaborate closely with the Director to drive office strategy, team operations, and client success.
• Develop the Team – Mentor engineers, review technical work, and foster professional growth across the office.
• Engage Clients & Stakeholders – Build trusted relationships with architects, contractors, and developers to advance projects and firm visibility.
• Drive Business Development – Support proposals, networking, and market growth initiatives.
• Champion Excellence – Ensure technical rigor, QA / QC, and innovative design solutions on every project.
