SUMMARY

As a 340B Analyst you ensure all 340B contract pharmacies are overseen and in compliance with the program. Your strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality is essential in maintaining program regulation and success.

At least one (1) year of contract management experience is strongly preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management & Auditing. Audit for compliance with OPA / HRSA and other regulatory bodies; review Pharmacy Benefit Management dashboards to audit data and interact with pharmacies; ensure pharmacy information system is up to date; audit contract pricing to ensure accuracy and manage the drug return process; identify reimbursement and revenue opportunities

Analysis. Track, trend and report pharmaceutical sales and purchases; perform statistical, cost and financial analysis of data

Documentation & Reporting. Develop and update documents, processes and procedure for daily operations and monthly financial reporting; prepare reports based on the contract pharmacy’s business operations revenue and expenses

$60,500.00 - $65,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
