Overview
Are you a JD Edwards (JDE) 9.2 expert with a passion for optimizing enterprise applications and supporting dynamic business teams? We're looking for a Senior JDE Application Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our enterprise systems-primarily supporting our Finance department, but with the opportunity to impact the entire organization.
In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate closely with IT peers and cross-functional business leaders to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and drive enhancements that support growth and efficiency. You'll bring deep experience in JDE 9.2 configuration, database management, interoperability, and financial modules, using that expertise to lead system improvements from idea to execution.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Chicago corporate office , requiring on-site presence three days per week and the ability to work remotely up to two days per week .

They are effective communicators who can facilitate meetings, present ideas clearly to diverse audiences-including end-users and executives-and create thorough, accessible documentation. They translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders while engaging in in-depth technical discussions with vendors and IT support teams. Additionally, they are adept at developing functional and technical specifications and test scripts based on user requirements. Strong organizational and prioritization skills enable them to assess projects, break down tasks, and work independently. They apply software service delivery best practices (e.g., ITIL) and manage support using tools such as Autotask, IT Glue, and Microsoft Office. They also follow systems development and project management standards (e.g., Agile), coordinating efforts through platforms like Miro, Jira, Visio, and MS Project. Advanced Excel skills support their ability to analyze data, generate reports, and conduct financial reconciliations. Detail-oriented and committed to quality, they are well-versed in industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Education and Experience :
Minimum 5 years of hands-on JD Edwards 9.2 experience working in an application support role or similar position, specifically within the General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Property Management (PM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Job Cost (JC) modules.
Pay Range
USD $88,140.00 - USD $114,577.00 / Yr.
