PM Cook- Pizza & Pastry

We are a busy and growing bakery, sandwich and pizza shop that's looking to fill a role in our pm crew for a pastry cook for two days a week and a pizza cook for 3 days per week.

Ideally we would like to find someone who has an interest or experience in long fermented doughs, in pizza service and savory cooking as well as in the world of pastry and baking.

Preferably looking for someone with experience but willing to train the right person. Ideal candidate has good restaurant awareness, a sense of urgency and a drive to perform and create consistent, delicious products.

This is a great opportunity to learn new techniques in both realms of cooking, both sweet and savory. The main focal point is as a night time pizza cook for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The secondary goal of this position is to generate momentum in our pastry, baking and gelato departments on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Position would be Wednesday - Sunday

1 : 30pm-9 : 30pm

Health benefits for full time after 60 days

pay starts at an hour plus tips and can be negotiated higher for more experienced worker.

After tips, average pay is typically around $26 an hour and will increase as the concept grows.
