We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, follow up and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with our company. You will also book appointment on our system. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emailsIdentify the reason for the customers call, collect relevant information, and provide solutionsRefer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topicsUse best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customersDocument all customer interactionsMeet personal and team quotasAttend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledgeQualifications
High school diploma / GEDPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferredComfortable using computers and customer management softwareExcellent phone and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of active listening techniquesAbility to work well under pressureHighly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectivelyBilingual is a plus
