Quality Systems Technician

Job Description : Job Description Description : Join our growing team as a Quality Systems Technician. In this role, you'll help maintain our company's high standards of food safety and product quality. You'll play a key part in supporting our BRCGS certification and ensuring we're always audit-ready. This position works closely with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure every product meets our commitment to safety and excellence. ResponsibilitiesSupport audit preparation and documentation for BRCGS and third-party auditsOrganize, file, and maintain all Food Safety and Quality Systems recordsConduct daily production checks to verify product consistency (color, shape, size, packaging, etc.)Monitor and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Preventive ControlsReport any quality issues promptly to the Quality Systems SupervisorCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Assist with sanitation documentation and monitoring activitiesRequirements : Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA self-starter with a sense of urgency and commitment to quality Work Environment & SafetyAdhere to all company safety policies and proceduresUse proper protective equipment and follow safe work practicesRemain alert and report any unsafe conditions immediately Our Commitment to You At Jimmy's Gourmet Bakery, we believe our team's success starts with feeling valued and supported.
