Human Resources Manager

Renesas Electronics America is looking for an exceptional HR Manager to provide on-site HR support to business leaders and staff at our Palm Bay FL location.

Responsibilities :

• Understanding business unit specific priorities challenges and goals.
• Partnering with employees business leaders COEs and HR Business Partners to provide support on a broad range of employment topics (e.g. performance management restructuring talent assessment policy interpretation etc.).
• Addressing local HR issues and ensuring the delivery of a consistent employee experience.
• Supporting local recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
• Monitoring changes and trends in local legislative requirements

Qualifications :
