Job Title : Senior Manager, Data Management

Location : Remote

Job Summary :

Join our team as a Senior Manager in Data Management, where you'll lead innovative data processes and implement cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise will drive the design and execution of new methodologies, enhancing our client's operations.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Management playbook to streamline processes and define roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize clinical trial delivery.
  • Identify and improve data management processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Evaluate and integrate new data management tools and technologies.
  • Ensure all data activities meet regulatory standards and quality assurance.
  • Act as a liaison between data management and other departments to facilitate effective communication.

Skills Required :

  • Extensive knowledge of clinical data management systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven project management experience, including change management.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audience engagement.
  • Minimum of 10 years in clinical data management or a related field.
  • Knowledge in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and data visualization tools.
