JOB SUMMARY :

  • Responsible to plan, execute, and finalize mechanical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
  • Experience with Commercial, Industrial Projects
  • Experience on TI, Ground Up, Design Build jobs
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
  • Manage employees, resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes as needed
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and management
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Identify and resolve project issues, deficiencies and determine critical path
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Proficiency on all type of Microsoft, Project Management and Estimating software.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans to successfully meet deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES :
  • Familiar with the HVAC industry standards and codes
  • Prior experience in the installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment
  • Demonstrated experience in personnel management and individual work
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem-solving capabilities EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND / OR LICENSES :
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the industry
