Dental Office - Treatment / Scheduling Coordinator / Front Office Receptionist

MUST HAVE 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL OFFICE!

Dealing with people, their money, and their health is complicated and require a special set of attributes. Our busy office continues to show strong growth and we have an opportunity for someone with the right mix of personality and skills. We are looking for a warm, happy person who is poised, calm, compassionate, and understands nuance. Excellent organization, communication, and problem solving skills are critical. A strong understanding of dental insurance and their issues is just as important.

Compensation depends on experience.

Computer skills are necessary, at least 1 year dental experience a plus, and Eaglesoft experience is a triple plus!

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Comfortable presenting complex treatment plans and gaining financial commitment from patients.
• Full understanding of dental insurance coordination.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Be punctual and ready for the day.
