Job Description

  • Serve as a liaison between IT, Operations and the business line to analyze non-standard business and user needs, and resolve complex system problems
  • Support new and existing applications, and respond to questions from varying business lines
  • Research, identify and develop solutions to problems, and escalated concerns
  • Conduct standard system maintenance requests
  • Interpret, understand, and apply business requirement documents
  • Involved in testing of system enhancements and conversions
  • Work with business analysts and business partners to ensure accuracy of enhancements
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
  • Plan and work flexibly to a deadline
  • Other duties as assigned

Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience

Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
