- Serve as a liaison between IT, Operations and the business line to analyze non-standard business and user needs, and resolve complex system problems
- Support new and existing applications, and respond to questions from varying business lines
- Research, identify and develop solutions to problems, and escalated concerns
- Conduct standard system maintenance requests
- Interpret, understand, and apply business requirement documents
- Involved in testing of system enhancements and conversions
- Work with business analysts and business partners to ensure accuracy of enhancements
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them
- Plan and work flexibly to a deadline
- Other duties as assigned
Position level will be dependent upon internal and external experience
