Under the direction of the Home Equity Processing Manager, responsible for maximizing the sales opportunities for each line / loan processed.

• Responsible for application loan processing according to established procedures and

timelines. The loan process consists of day to day monitoring of individual assigned loan files

by communicating with applicants, internal partners and external vendors to obtain required

documents for the lending officer to render a final credit decision.
