Location : 1155 University Ave

Summary : Provide cleaning and maintenance support at the Highbridge Gardens Cornerstone. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Discard trash daily, replace bags, and wash out garbage bins.
• Dust, clean, and disinfect surface areas, including all tables, chairs, and desks
• Sweep and mop office and common areas
• Maintain kitchen area, clean microwave, tabletop, and refrigerator
• Maintain bathrooms : sweep and mop floors, clean toilets and sinks, wipe down walls, and replace paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap
• Assist with repairs such as changing light bulbs, installing shelves, etc.
• Ensure the cleanliness of outside grounds (stairs, excess garbage, shoveling, etc)
• Update and replenish cleaning supply inventory as needed
• Assist other staff when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :

This is a part-time position. Days of work are generally Monday - Friday, 6 pm-10 pm. Some Saturdays between 1 pm-5 pm. 6 pm -11 pm July – August.
