Job Title : Onboarding Trainer | Employee Development & Engagement

Location : Brooklyn, NY 11214 (On-Site)

Salary : $65,000 per year

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

In this unique role, you will design and deliver engaging training programs that span across all departments. You won't just teach policies; you'll be the cultural ambassador who connects new employees to our mission, values, and to each other. What You'll Do :

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding program for all new employees.
• Create and deliver cross-functional training modules that provide a holistic view of the company.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
• Act as a mentor and primary point of contact for new hires during their initial onboarding period.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the program based on feedback.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment that reflects our company culture.
