Were looking for an experienced Sales Compensation Technical Analyst to join our Sales Compensation team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Compensation youll be based in San Jose CA (with in-office work Tuesday-Thursday) or remotely across the US and be responsible for :

• Building and maintaining robust data models for compensation and sales analysis using SQL Snowflake Tableau and Google Sheets
• Developing metrics dashboards and analytics to assess plan effectiveness quota attainment and SPIFF performance; providing recommendations into the semi-annual Sales Compensation planning cycle
• Creating and automating recurring month-end and quarter-end reporting including attainment leaderboards and sales / compensation KPIs
• Owning and maintaining automated data flows into and out of Xactly (Incent / Connect) Salesforce and Workato; troubleshooting and resolving data issues end-to-end
• Partnering with IT and Sales Operations to define and improve the workflow of commissionable data from Salesforce to Xactly to ensure accurate and timely calculations and eliminate manual processes

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) benefits.

Base Pay Range

$105000 - $150000 USD
