Role : Duck Creek Policy Developer

Location : Milwaukee WI -Remote OK

Type : Contract

Technical Skills Primary :

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in Duck Creek Policy development

Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author Express and Manuscript tools

Deep understanding of insurance domain concepts especially PC Property Casualty

Lead the design development and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions

Collaborate with business analysts architects and client stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team

Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices and coding standards

Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting

Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client

Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide strategic input

Support integration with third party systems and legacy platforms

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Soft Skills :

Possess strong written and oral communication skills

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders mid and Senior level
