Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a dedicated paralegal with highly developed research, organizational, and communications skills.

Key skills :

  • Legal research and analysis
  • civil discovery and litigation matters
  • ability to use Relativity E-Discovery system
  • Microsoft office suite
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Scheduling
  • Calendaring
  • Writing skills
  • Fluency in variety of databases and software including Westlaw, Essential Forms, and Trial Director is preferred

Description :

  • Oversee discovery including propounding and preparing responses to interrogatories and document productions.
  • Prepare and analyze document summaries of employment, financial, and medical records.
  • Draft meet and confer letters and discovery motions.
  • Prepare trial documents.
  • Communicate and interview with witnesses.
  • Organize and compile trial notebooks.
  • Conduct legal research and cite-checking including jury verdict research for case assessment.
  • Effectively interact with outside counsel, staff, and clients.
