The Role

The a16z Executive Talent team operates in an innovative and progressive way and is built on our core values of Integrity Network and Innovation. The Go-to-Market Talent Partner will assess build and manage a network of sales marketing BD and customer success leaders for the benefit of our key stakeholders including portfolio companies.

The preferred location for this role is Menlo Park CA. We will consider candidates in San Francisco Bay Area CA. The role may require in-office presence as needed for team meetings and portfolio company meetings (approximately bi-weekly).

• For Portfolio Companies : Counsel on hiring processes to help build world-class management teams; Accelerate time to hire and improve quality of hire through best practices and leveraging our network
• For Search Firm Partners : Partner and grow our relationships with the best search firms
• For a16z : Continue to expand the a16z network and connect the firm with industry leaders and as a result identify potential investment opportunities for the firm

The anticipated salary range for this role is between $239000 - $278000 actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience skills and scope.

This role is eligible to participate in the a16z carry program and various discretionary bonus programs as well as benefit and perquisite plans including health dental vision disability life insurance 401K plan vacation and sick leave.
