Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location : Waco, TX

Pay : $19.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM (60 hours per week)

Crouch Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join one of our top manufacturing clients in Waco, TX. This position offers consistent overtime (60 hours per week) and the opportunity to grow within a stable, team-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload delivery trucks, trailers, and other shipments.
  • Verify and record all incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Prepare and ship products accurately according to customer orders.
  • Maintain shipping and receiving records to ensure proper billing and inventory tracking.
  • Assist with creating bills of lading and other shipping documents.
  • Inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
  • Keep work area clean and organized while maintaining safety standards.
  • Perform clerical duties and assist the Shipping Team Leader as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping / receiving role.
  • Forklift experience required (certification preferred).
  • Proficiency with basic computer software (Microsoft Office; experience with JDE or similar systems a plus).
  • Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs as needed.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable and willing to work overtime regularly.
