Logistics Associate 1

Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Logistics Associate 1 to join their team. As a Logistics Associate 1, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Logistics Associate 1

Location : Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range : $17.50

Shift : Second Shift

What's the Job?

  • Perform shipping tasks including box making, order induction, and packing.
  • Engage in receiving activities such as unloading and sorting shipments.
  • Assist with value-added services like kitting, labeling, and general maintenance.
  • Support production assembly and ensure proper housekeeping in the warehouse.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance and safety standards.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing setting is a plus, but not required.
