Strong understanding of ESP components, failure modes, and operational diagnostics (preferred). Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (preferred). Excellent analytical, technical writing, and communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and document detailed dismantle inspection and failure analysis (DIFA) reports of ESP equipment.
- Analyze operational data to correlate field performance with dismantle findings.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and develop actionable recommendations to improve reliability.
- Collaborate with field operations, engineering, customers, and vendors to validate findings and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update databases with most recent DIFA reports.
- Prepare and present technical reports to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during inspections and reporting.
