Full Scope OBGYN Clinic and Call - Oregon

• Location : Astoria, Oregon
• Duration : April - December
• Shifts : 1-2 weeks per month
• Hours : Clinic Monday-Friday 8 : 45a-5p
• Call : up to 10 shifts / month - 24 hr. call 7a-7a
• Scope : Full scope OBGYN inpatient and outpatient
• Clinic Procedures : OB care, GYN consults, IUD and Nexplanon placements / removals, colposcopies, LEEPs, EMB's, vulvar biopsies.
• Surgical procedures : D&C, hysterectomies, C-sections, salpingectomy, hysteroscopy, OB versions.
• Volume : 8-15 PPD. 15-25 deliveries / month
• Transfer policy : No VBACs. No Robot. No deliveries before 35 weeks, transfer to Portland or Longview. Incoming transfers from CNM run birth center for epidurals or higher level of care
• EMR : Cerner
• Hospital : Critical Access, 25 bed hospital, Level IV Trauma, Critical Access with 25 beds. Level I Nursery.
• Group / support : 24 hr. PED call coverage, CRNAs, OBGYN and General Surgeon assist with surgeries, back-up OB / GYN on call for deliveries
• Require : BC / BE, Oregon license / DEA
