The Coordinator for Student Conduct and Community Standards assists with the management and administration of the student conduct process across the university, with a focus on upholding university policies, enforcing community standards, and fostering student development. The position also serves as a live-in professional, responsible for on-call emergency response, and plays a key role in addressing behavioral issues and crises involving students. This is a full-time, 12-month, live-in professional position that requires a commitment to student success and development. The Coordinator for Student Conduct and Community Standards plays an active role in ensuring a safe, inclusive campus environment and serves as a key point of contact for university-wide conduct management and emergency response.

Essential Functions

Student Conduct Management

• Serve as a primary hearing officer for violations of the Student Code of Conduct, ensuring fair and consistent adjudication of cases across the university. This includes handling residential and nonresidential conduct cases and assigning appropriate educational sanctions.
