We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support five busy oral surgery offices. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, in-person position (no remote work).
What We're Looking For :
- Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A positive, team-focused attitude - culture fit is very important to us
- Ability to manage financials across multiple practice locations
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent proficiency with QuickBooks and other bookkeeping tools / resources
