SUMMARY :
To assist the sales team in growing the sales environment by
providing excellent Customer Service and Product Delivery, customer follow up
(i.e., quotes, delivery, invoicing) and targeted, timely, persistent marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE
FOLLOWING :customers with inquiries over the phone with product inquiries, order
entry and invoicing using provided systems and programs.
accurate availability, pricing, and shipping information.
figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy,
and proper codes.
credit, and reconcile accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases,
using accounting software provided.
CRM program to record quotes, sales, enter AP / AR, and analyze
information.
with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
calculators, computers / keyboards, and copy machines to perform
calculations and produce documents.
marketing outreach projects via USPS, email, and targeted customer
calling.
with preparation of trade shows and materials.
and organize mailing lists using known client lists and trade show mailing
lists.
call lists based on recent quotes and absence of sales.
Travel to client visits and product showcases.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
School Diploma required, bachelors degree preferred, and related
experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and be willing and
able to operate a motor vehicle and pass a company drug screen.
Salary / Compensation : $45,000 - $55,000 per year plus commission
