A company is looking for an IT Administrator to manage internal IT demands and support employees in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Isolate, resolve, and follow up with end-users on technical problems, both remote and in-person
Prepare systems for deployment, including configuration and setup, and perform IT onboarding for new employees
Manage company SAAS applications and assist with AV needs for companywide webinars
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of networking switches, routers, and firewalls
Experience supporting 80 - 100 employees in an IT administration role
Working knowledge of PC hardware, desktop operating systems, and mobile phone setup (MDM)
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and administration of user accounts
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
