Identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and researching new prospectsListening to the client’s needs and providing a solutionTraveling to new client’s and prospect’s sitesMaintain client relationships regarding the timeline of open jobs and expectationsPerform quality control with recruiting team when screening candidates for jobComplete reference checksContract negotiation with new and existing clientsQualifications :
Bachelor’s degreeCustomer Service experience preferredCompetitive SpiritProactive and coachableResilience and problem-solving skillsStrong organization skills / detail-orientedProjected Earnings :
Year 1 : 45k – 65kYear 2 : 60k – 90kYear 3 : 75k – 125kBenefits :
