2 Yrs of Trauma I exp. W / multiple ICU units (Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, Trauma Surgery, etc). ICU exp with adult populations req. MC / Progressive / General care populations as needed. Perm address 50 miles from facility. WI or compact license req.
