Business Data Analysis Manager
Fragomen, an Am Law 100 firm and the leading immigration services provider, is seeking an experienced Data Analysis professional with prior leadership experience to join our team. The role will require a combination of data analysis technical leadership, direct management of other data analysis professionals, and skillful client relationship management with both internal and external clients. Our Business Data Analysis Specialists and Managers will routinely work with both the business and our external clients to understand and deliver reporting needs. Fragomen's legal services business generates massive amounts of data and you'll interact with legal teams on detailed business requirements and on the design of reporting specifications to support these requirements.

This role will be based on-site with Fragomen in our Phoenix, AZ location.
How will you make a difference as a Business Data Analysis Manager at Fragomen?
- Provide reporting support to attorneys, paralegals and clients relating to tracking the preparation and filing of immigration petitions and applications
- Lead, supervise and mentor team of data analysts
- Assist with the ongoing development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of client benchmark reports
- Review benchmark report data relating to an immigration process and ensure missing and incorrect data is corrected
- Communicate regularly with team supervisors regarding reporting requirements and data integrity questions
- Customize, create and format reports using Business Objects / Web Intelligence (WEBI)
- Customize reports in Excel format after importing from Business Objects / Web Intelligence (WEBI) reporting tool
- Conduct presentations to internal teams and client on reporting requests
- Manage demand from various teams with impact to internal and external clients
- Monitor and prioritize deliverables
- Deliver excellent data visualization using technologies such as Tableau

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience providing business analysis or data analytics3 years or more of technical leadership experience1 year or more of management experience with direct reportsMust have advanced experience working in MS Excel, including demonstrated use of filters, conditional formatting, pivot tables and formulasDashboarding and data visualization experience, preferably in TableauExperience providing reporting support in a professional office environment using SAP Business Objects / Web Intelligence (WEBI) a plusDemonstrated computer skills in MS Office, with strong ability to create highly presentable contentExperience in the iWork suite and Keynote is beneficialAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment with tight deadlinesMeets assigned deadlines and communicates progress to supervisorsCommunicates both verbally and in writing clearly and accurately and adheres to client and firm confidentiality and privacyResponds timely and effectively to client and team requests and knows when to escalateStrong client service skills to both internal and external clientsAptitude in working with non-technical audiencesExcellent attention to detailStrong organization skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently, as a member of a team and under supervisionBasic understanding of business immigration law a plusPython / R knowledge to automate manual functions is a plusBenefits :
