job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding for both internal roles and client projects. Partner with project and practice leaders to understand hiring needs, project scopes, and role requirements. Source and attract candidates through creative strategies including LinkedIn outreach, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with both internal stakeholders and external clients. Serve as a primary point of contact for recruited candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into their new role. Maintain accurate data and candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide ongoing support to placed employees, fielding questions related to benefits, time entry, and other HR-related inquiries. Communicate clearly with candidates regarding role expectations, client requirements, and onboarding logistics. 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (Healthcare IT experience a strong plus). Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and proactively while maintaining a team-oriented approach. Must be based in or willing to work onsite at our San Antonio headquarters.
