We are seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a prominent group in Bismarck ND. If you are interested, please refer to JOB ID# 75070

  • Full-time permanent placement
  • BC / BE in Anesthesia
  • Varied case mix including Cardiac, Neuro, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Ortho, General
  • 11 MDAs / 30 CRNAs
  • 4 : 1 CRNA supervision staffing model
  • Compensation floor of $585,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor based on group production... upside potential $825,000
  • In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)...
