Program Manager Inclusion, Diversity & Talent
From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition but also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others. The program manager will drive key activities to enable inclusion & diversity principles to scale across the organization, partnering across the Talent organization, PRO and with the Office of the CEO. Given this broad reach and the need to operate at scale, this leader should be excellent at stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and have a strong bias for action.
