To tackle this momentous initiative and achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a stellar Senior Staff Product Manager. We will be revolutionizing how internal customers consume and produce data. Our new Senior Staff Product Manager will focus on evolving our Data Lake platform services to solve some of our biggest customer problems while strengthening security & compliance and providing our customers with delightful experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Must be an SME either in the field of data processing, data consumption, data movement, or data persistence.
• Deep understanding of Lakehouse architecture and Databricks workflows.
• Deeply understand customer problems and needs leveraging follow-me-home research, usability studies, first-hand interviews, customer feedback, experiments, and usage / adoption metrics.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business stakeholders.
• Own your product. Set a clear vision, define your roadmap and share with cross functional teams.
• Inspire and lead your team and others to execute and deliver your vision and solutions to solve customers' biggest problems.
• Ruthlessly prioritize your team's backlog to ensure your team is making maximum customer impact.
• Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product capabilities leveraging customers / end users' feedback, behavioral customer data, and market research.
• Define and analyze key success metrics to support and inform product decisions.
• Drive product development with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact customer experiences quickly.

Qualifications :

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : Bay Area : $191,000-$266,000 New York : $195,000-$264,000 EOE AA M / F / Vet / Disability.
