Shift Lead

We are looking for enthusiastic Shift Lead (Supervisor) candidates to join our team at Chick-fil-A Keizer . This role allows you to work directly with a Local Franchise Owner in an organization that focuses on development opportunities and promotion from within.

Responsibilities :

• Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
• Coaching, teaching, and training of team members on policies and procedures while creating a positive work environment for everyone
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Open and / or close the restaurant while leading the shift as a key holder
• Responsible for ensuring all team members get their required break periods
