Matrix Providers is hiring a Physician Extender - Deployment Related Health Assessment t o join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in at Schriever Space Force Base , Colorado .

• Employment Status : Full Time
• Compensation : This is a hourly position, paid bi-weekly.
• Schedule : The hours of performance and the facility are Monday through Friday . The schedule is maintained by clinic personnel based on demands of the clinic and appointments booked that day.
