Veterinary Technician Supervisor GP

Veterinary Technician Supervisor Responsibilities : Full Technician Skill Utilization Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services Coaching associates based on need to aid in their success Some regional travel required Facilitate communication of ideas, policies, standards and performance Provide feedback related to associate performance, and collaborate with leadership to develop performance improvement plans Support associates in their career via VTNE guidance, licensure guidance, and scheduling Maintain skill efficiency and knowledge Potential Schedule : Flexible Compensation : $22 - $37 / hour based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.
