Position Summary : The Hospice LVN Runner provides essential nursing support across multiple patient locations, responding promptly to patient and family needs. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, high-quality care is delivered in patients’ homes or facilities.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision, following established care plans.

Travel to various patient locations to administer medications, perform assessments, and address urgent clinical needs.

Communicate effectively with the hospice team, patients, and families.

Document care accurately and promptly.

Maintain supplies and equipment in your vehicle to respond quickly to patient needs.

Qualifications :

Current LVN license in the state of [Insert State].

Minimum 1 year of hospice or home health experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
