Corporate Legal Assistant

Hill Ward Henderson is a Tampa, Florida-based law firm with a national practice. We are seeking to add a Legal Assistant to our growing, market-leading Corporate / M&A practice. This position offers an opportunity to join a well-established and fast-growing practice with an extensive base of private equity, strategic and family office clients. The Legal Assistant / Paralegal will support attorneys not only as a legal assistant, but also with paralegal responsibilities. There is also the opportunity to work with other firm departments such as Real Estate, Employee Benefits, Intellectual Property, Marketing, Accounting and Operations as they relate to the Corporate / M&A practice. The HWH corporate team is extremely collaborative, with a strong culture of commitment to the growth and development of its attorneys and staff. This is an in-office position.
