Pay : $100000 - $120000 / year annual target bonus

Location : Richardson or Austin TX Cisco campus

Travel : monthly to Richardson or Austin TX

What this job involves :

Seeking a Senior Facilities Manager (SFM)to join our team in the Texas market supporting sites in Richardson / Allen TX and Austin TX. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for office and lab spaces for a technology client. The position will be responsible for all client relationships supplier services execution and financial performance. The position will also manage a team of Facility Management professionals and event support.

What you day-to-day will look like :

• Relationship Management - Manage assigned staff performance and maintain supplier interfaces ensuring contract compliance accurate reporting and resolution of occupant relations issues
• Budget Management - Prepare and manage facility budgets aligned with client objectives while controlling monthly / quarterly / annual expenses within approved limits and implementing cost-reduction initiatives
• Team Development - Lead overall team management including staff development succession planning compensation planning and building actionable career development plans for all direct reports
• Service Delivery - Achieve contracted KPIs and SLAs while ensuring work orders and projects are delivered on time and on budget leveraging appropriate JLL resources
• Compliance Management - Provide facility services according to standard processes and ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and all applicable local state and federal regulations
• Financial Oversight - Provide detailed explanations and implement recovery processes for all budget variances while actively pursuing cost-reducing opportunities
• Performance Accountability - Maintain consistent progress conversations with direct reports and execute measurable development plans to drive individual and team growth

Required Qualifications

7 years of experience in facilities management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery.

Experience with facilities management / CMMS software. (Corrigo Experience a plus)

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in facilities management.

Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
