Hospital At Home Command Center RN

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Pay Range : $41.60-$61.46 / hr.

Education : Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) required.

Experience : Minimum of 3 years clinical RN experience. Preferably acute care ED or telehealth.

Other Credentials : AHA ACLS or must obtain within 6 months of hire date AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider Drivers License Registered Nurse NJ or Registered Nurse NLC multi-state

Requires NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or must obtain by end of orientation) AND 8 hours of Stroke related Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) contact hours annually if assigned to : Critical Care Intermediate Care Unit Emergency Department Neuro Units Cardiology Inpatient at Hopewell Peds ED PACU Interventional Radiology CNI Observation Hospital at Home

Knowledge and Skills : Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (e.g. Epic Cerner).

Hospital At Home RN

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Pay Range : $43.90-$65.86 / hr.

Education : Associates degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors of Science degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience : Three years experience in an acute care setting. Previous telemetry experience required.

Other Credentials : AHA ACLS or must obtain within 6 months of hire dateAHA BLS - Healthcare ProviderDrivers LicenseRegistered Nurse NJ or Registered Nurse NLC multi-state

Special Training : Demonstrates knowledge of nursing skills hospital practices procedures and standards.

Hospital At Home Equipment Technician

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Pay Range : $16.75-$23.93 / hr.

Education : High school diploma or GED.

Experience : Previous work experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.

Other Credentials : AHA BLS. Non-Licensed must obtain before end of orientation period

Knowledge and Skills : Knowledge of basic medical terminology. Proficient in English. Verbal and written communication skills.

Special Training : CPR.

Mental Behavioral and Emotional Abilities : Ability to communicate with hospital staff. Uses discretion and courtesy when working with staff and visitors.
