• Key Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an associate degree in Automation-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PLC programming Allen-Bradley, Siemens) or HMI programming Wonderware, FactoryTalk).
• Strong IT skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel : 20% overnight - all within the Midwest.
