Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations and are operating in 2 countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators. Assistant Manager Compensation Range : $17 to $20 per hour based on experience and restaurant location. Plus, eligible for profit share bonuses. We offer flexible schedules, Same Day Pay, Paid Sick Leave and Parental Leave in accordance with state of local law, healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision), disability insurance, life insurance and a company sponsored 401(k) plan. You will begin accruing PTO after six months of continuous employment, at a rate of .0385 per hour worked, capped at 40 hours. Paid holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas.
