IT Operations Manager

Amentum is seeking an IT Operations Manager for a contract located in either the Washington, DC or Huntsville, AL area. This is a hybrid role which requires you to be located in one of these areas. You have excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills, which you'll put to use overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of IT service and projects for operations, ensuring its alignment with ITIL approaches.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the delivery of IT service and projects for operations and ensures end-to-end delivery of services based on Government-approved ITSM processes.
• Leads the analysis, planning, and implementation of ITSM initiatives in support of operations and ensure its alignment with ITIL approaches.
• Identifies IT operational requirements
• Provides day-to-day leadership and quality control
• Provides expertise to continually improve the implementation of ITIL practices with the goal of exceeding performance objectives and reducing costs and schedule.
• Ensures all devices and systems are configured and have installed the latest patches to meet all cybersecurity and operational requirements.

Compensation :

The annual starting salary for this position is between $180,000 - $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
