A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Specialty Pharmacy. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between account management and specialty pharmacy operations, resolving escalated issues Analyze payer complaints to identify trends and develop action plans for quality service maintenance Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and mentor newly hired team members Required Qualifications Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, including intake and insurance verification Knowledge of pharmacy operational processes and experience with ScriptMed Familiarity with PBM and major medical health plans
